Serve within the Church
At Central Christian Church, there’s a place for everyone to serve—regardless of your schedule, or the gifts God has given you. Whether you enjoy leading from the front or working behind the scenes, your gifts are valued here. You may feel called to lead worship, care for little ones in the nursery, welcome guests, teach in our children’s or student ministries, operate tech equipment, or assist with organizing a women’s gathering. From one-time events to ongoing ministries, there are opportunities that fit every availability and passion. If you’re ready to get involved, there’s a meaningful role waiting for you.
Serve in the Community
At Central Christian Church, we believe that loving our neighbors means actively serving them. That’s why we partner with a variety of local nonprofits and community organizations, offering you the opportunity to share your time and gifts beyond the walls of our church. Serving in our community provides a tangible way to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
In addition to ongoing volunteer opportunities with our partners, we also organize service events throughout the year—like meal packing or workdays designed to bring our church family together to meet specific needs in our city. These are great for individuals, families, and small groups looking to serve together. However you choose to get involved, you’ll be making a real difference in the lives of those around you.
Serve in Missions
Every year, Central Christian Church sends teams out for short-term mission trips. Teams engage in a wide variety of services, from building projects to presenting a program and delivering Christmas boxes to the children. Experience the amazing evidence of God’s faithfulness as you pray, prepare and travel to serve with others from our church community.
